Traceable recycled materials for accessories and small goods
rPET and RPP products that give your accessories line the same sustainability credentials as the rest of your range, backed by verified recycled content from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles.
Accessories deserve the same standard
Smaller products are often where sustainability claims get vague. Whether you're producing caps, pouches, wallets, lanyards or any other accessory, we supply fully traceable recycled products with verified recycled content and per-order impact data.
All of your accessories come with the same standard of traceability as all of our products.

What performance brands work with us for
Recycled materials and performance demands are often seen as a trade-off. We supply rPET sportswear products that meet both, with verified recycled content and no compromise on how the fabric performs.
No performance trade-off
A common concern when switching to recycled materials is whether the fabric holds up. Our rPET performs the same as virgin polyester for moisture-wicking, durability and dyeability. It is available with and without stretch, and typically includes breathable and wicking finishes. The difference is entirely in where the material comes from, not in how it performs.
More precise than standard certifications
Most recycled content certifications give you a range or a category, not an exact number. Our RA3 test is a patent-pending, in-house method that gives you a precise recycled content percentage for every product, so your hang tags and marketing claims are backed by a specific, documented figure. Third-party lab verification is available on request for brands that need it for compliance purposes.

The full product story travels with the garment
Every product comes with a QR code that connects the end consumer to the full supply chain story behind what they're wearing. For sportswear brands selling to environmentally conscious consumers, that's a direct channel to demonstrate that the sustainability claims on the label are real.
Waste2Wear's solution to the Digital Product Passport
The EU's ESPR regulations will require Digital Product Passports for textile products. Our products are designed to connect directly into that system, so your compliance team isn't scrambling when the deadline arrives.

Q&A
Have any questions?
We believe transparency shouldn't be complicated. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions about our recycling process, how we verify our supply chain, and what makes our materials different.
How does RPET compare to virgin polyester?
RPET uses post-consumer plastic bottles as its starting point, significantly reducing energy use and carbon emissions compared to virgin polyester. Our RPET fabrics carry the same strength, look and feel, with a verified recycled origin you can actually prove.
What certifications do your fabrics carry?
Our RPET yarn and fabric is certified by Global Recycled Standard (GRS), OEKO-TEX, and others depending on the product. We also provide full blockchain traceability, so certifications aren't just on paper. Every step is recorded and verifiable.
Can I get custom colors and weights?
Yes. We work closely with partners to develop custom specifications. Colors, weights and constructions are all possible — reach out to discuss what you need and we'll let you know what's achievable.
How is traceability built into the fabric?
Every batch is linked to our blockchain platform. You get a QR code that traces the material from plastic bottle collection right through to finished fabric. Step by step, supplier by supplier, fully transparent.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary depending on the fabric type and specification. Get in touch with your requirements and our team will come back to you with what's possible.
