Sustainable performance fabrics

rPET sportswear made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, engineered for movement, durability and the traceability requirements that matter to sports brands and their customers.

Sports meets verified transparency

Sportswear puts more demand on a fabric than almost any other application, covering stretch, recovery, moisture management and durability through repeated washing. Our rPET performance products are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles and developed to meet those requirements without asking you to trade off on sustainability credentials.

We work with sportswear brands, equipment manufacturers and performance apparel labels to deliver products that hold up to their technical specs and their ESG commitments at the same time.

Why performance brands choose us

Recycled materials and performance demands are often seen as a trade-off. We supply rPET sportswear products that meet both, with verified recycled content and no compromise on how the fabric performs.

No performance trade-off

A common concern when switching to recycled materials is whether the fabric holds up. Our rPET performs the same as virgin polyester for moisture-wicking, durability and dyeability. It is available with and without stretch, and typically includes breathable and wicking finishes. The difference is entirely in where the material comes from, not in how it performs.

More precise than standard certifications

Most recycled content certifications give you a range or a category, not an exact number. Our RA3 test is a patent-pending, in-house method that gives you a precise recycled content percentage for every product, so your hang tags and marketing claims are backed by a specific, documented figure. Third-party lab verification is available on request.

The full product story travels with the garment

Every product comes with a QR code that connects the end consumer to the full supply chain story behind what they’re wearing. For sportswear brands selling to environmentally conscious consumers, that’s a direct channel to demonstrate that the sustainability claims on the label are real.

FAQ

Have any questions?

We believe transparency shouldn’t be complicated. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions about our recycling process, how we verify our supply chain, and what makes our materials different.

How does rPET compare to virgin polyester?

From a performance standpoint, rPET behaves the same as virgin polyester. It offers the same durability, dyeability and moisture-wicking properties. The difference is entirely in the source material — rPET starts as 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles rather than new raw materials, using 70% less energy, 86% less water and 75% less CO2 in the process.

What certifications do your fabrics carry?

Our fabrics are produced under GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification. All of our factories are certified to BSCI, GOTS and RDS standards. In addition, every product can be tested using our patent-pending RA3 method, which gives you a precise recycled content percentage. Third-party lab verification is available on request.

Can I get custom colours and weights?

Yes. We work with your product team to match fabric weight, hand feel and colour to your requirements. If you have specific technical specifications, we can discuss those during the sampling process.

How does traceability work on the finished product?

Every product comes with a QR code that connects the end user to the full supply chain story, from where the plastic was collected to how it was processed and manufactured. That information is recorded on blockchain, making it tamper-proof and permanently accessible.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the fabric type and application. Contact us directly and we can discuss what works for your production volume.
