Reusable shopping bags

Our reusable shopping bags are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, fully traceable from raw material to finished product and ready to carry your brand’s sustainability story.

Reusable bags with a verified story

We produce reusable shopping bags in China and Vietnam using 100% post-consumer recycled polypropylene, sourced from old appliances and food containers. Every bag we make goes through a fully traceable production process, recorded on blockchain from the point of collection through to the finished product.

What our reusable shopping bags have to offer

Our bags are built for repeated use, designed to carry your brand and backed by verified recycled content, supply chain traceability and per-order environmental data that your sustainability team can actually use.

Digital Product Passport

Every bag we produce is ready for Digital Product Passport compliance. A QR code on each bag connects your customer to the full product story, and gives your brand the data architecture it needs to meet EU ESPR transparency requirements ahead of the 2027 deadline.

Made for both sides of the sale

Your retail buyers get full supply chain documentation and verified recycled content data. Your end customers get a QR code that shows where the plastic came from, how the bag was made and how much waste was diverted in the process. One bag, a better story for everyone who touches it.

Data-backed tracking

Every bag carries a unique QR code and barcode that tracks the precise weight, date and geolocation of every step in the supply chain. That data is recorded on blockchain, making it permanently verifiable by your compliance team, your retail buyers or any auditor who asks.

EPR & Compliance

As EPR regulations tighten across Europe and beyond, having documented, verifiable data on your products becomes a compliance requirement rather than a nice to have. Every bag we produce comes with the recycled content figures, material sourcing records and environmental impact data your team needs to meet those requirements without additional legwork.

FAQ

Have any questions?

We believe transparency shouldn’t be complicated. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions about our recycling process, how we verify our supply chain, and what makes our materials different.

How does rPET compare to virgin polyester?

From a performance standpoint, rPET behaves the same as virgin polyester. It offers the same durability, dyeability and moisture-wicking properties. The difference is entirely in the source material — rPET starts as 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles rather than new raw materials, using 70% less energy, 86% less water and 75% less CO2 in the process.

What certifications do your fabrics carry?

Our fabrics are produced under GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification. All of our factories are certified to BSCI, GOTS and RDS standards. In addition, every product can be tested using our patent-pending RA3 method, which gives you a precise recycled content percentage. Third-party lab verification is available on request.

Can I get custom colours and weights?

Yes. We work with your product team to match fabric weight, hand feel and colour to your requirements. If you have specific technical specifications, we can discuss those during the sampling process.

How does traceability work on the finished product?

Every product comes with a QR code that connects the end user to the full supply chain story, from where the plastic was collected to how it was processed and manufactured. That information is recorded on blockchain, making it tamper-proof and permanently accessible.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the fabric type and application. Contact us directly and we can discuss what works for your production volume.
